Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be more simple. Just browse our store on line, click on any items that you wish to buy which puts them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Delta and American Express.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Colour and Style Representations
Computer monitors and scanners vary in their reproduction of colour. Though we strive for accuracy, all pictures, colours and products displayed should be regarded as approximations, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check by emailing or contacting our Linlithgow shop direct.

Postage and Packaging
Delivery within mainland UK for your first purchase is £4.00 with a further charge of £1.00 for each item thereafter per transaction.

Note that destinations are restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, however we will consider other destinations with prior arrangement - email us at info@wlmorrison.co.uk should you wish to discuss this further.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 10 working days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment methods. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email as soon as possible

Back Orders
All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
